Tales of Arca is a 2–4 player competitive fantasy strategy board game (60–90 minutes) built around direct conflict, asymmetric characters, and tactical counterplay.

You start with a lone warrior, then recruit new characters during play, building a team and collecting the right Power Cards and Boshio Cards to create synergies and hard counters.

Battles are shaped by Battleground Cards and well-timed plays, while a prison system lets captured characters be rescued and returned, creating constant tension and mid-game reversals.

Your path isn’t fully in your control either. Fate Cards decide which opportunities appear and which characters enter the world as you move through the Arcan cities.

Victory goes to the player who out-plans their opponents by assembling the strongest mix of characters and cards, choosing the right fights, and timing their moves, with just enough luck to keep every battle and every game unpredictable.
